Please allow the footprints on the TenderFootT to remind you of the footprints in the poem, by Mary Stevenson, "Footprints in the Sand" in which the main character is carried by the Lord during difficult times, causing two sets of footprints to become one. This was the inspiration for the engraved footprints on the TenderFootT which walk with you as you roll it with your foot. It was only when I started to pray for relief that I thought of this wonderful roller. I believe that God has truly inspired me in my thinking and I want you to feel that your prayers, like mine, are also being answered. "Because the roller is made of solid 6061 aluminum, I knew it would retain cold or hot temperature for a long period of time. I like to put my own TenderFootT roller in the freezer to absorb the cold, which it does wonderfully, and it feels great on my feet. If it's heat that I want, I put my roller right in the sink under hot running water for a minute or two — until I can hardly hold it because it gets so hot — and then I roll my foot over it. Either way it feels terrific and has worked wonders for my own fasciitis and bone spurs."
